Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdvisersOS, operated by APXFin Consulting Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

AdvisersOS is a research and analysis tool. It is not financial advice. Nothing the software produces is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment. You remain solely responsible for every recommendation you make to your own clients and for meeting your own regulatory and suitability obligations.

1. Who may use it

AdvisersOS is intended for licensed financial advisers and their firms. You must be authorised to conduct financial advisory activity in your jurisdiction. Accounts are personal to the individual adviser and may not be shared.

2. Subscriptions and billing

New accounts receive a 30-day trial with full Pro access. No payment details are required for the trial.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Singapore dollars, through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Annual plans are charged once for twelve months.
Prices shown as "launch" or "founding" rates remain at that rate for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. If you cancel, the rate reverts to the list price.

3. Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged only the difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the higher plan until then.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time on a cancelled subscription. The 30-day trial exists so that you can decide before paying anything.
If you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Fund data

Fund information, prices and history are compiled from platform and provider sources and are provided for research purposes. We take care over accuracy but give no warranty that any figure is correct, complete or current. Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Verify anything you rely on against the fund's own documentation before acting on it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

scrape, bulk-download, redistribute or resell the fund data;
share your login, or provide access to anyone outside your subscription;
attempt to circumvent plan limits or access features your plan excludes;
use the service to build a competing dataset or product.

The compiled dataset is our property and is protected as such. We may suspend an account we believe is being used this way.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a failure at a third party we depend on. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or for any investment decision made using the software.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. Your locked subscription rate is not affected by a change to these terms.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any period paid for but not used where the breach was not deliberate.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
