AdvisersOS is operated by APXFin Consulting Pte Ltd, Singapore. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. It is written with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. AdvisersOS carries no advertising and no third-party trackers.

This matters more than anything else here. Do not enter your clients' personal details into AdvisersOS. The product is designed to analyse funds and portfolios, not to hold client records. Name portfolios in a way that does not identify anyone.
Portfolios, watchlists and models you build are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. That means they never leave your device — and it also means clearing your browser data deletes them, and they do not follow you to another computer.
We use Google sign-in via Supabase. We receive your email address and name from Google. We never receive your Google password and have no access to your Google account beyond your identity.
Only the services needed to run the product:
No one else. We do not share your information with fund houses, platforms or distributors, and nothing you do in the product is reported to them.
Your account record for as long as you have an account, and up to 12 months afterwards. Billing records for as long as Singapore law requires us to keep them. Server logs for a short period only.
Under the PDPA you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@advisersos.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your record; anything stored in your own browser is yours to clear.
We use browser storage for your sign-in session, your theme choice, and the portfolios and watchlists you create. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to account records is restricted by row-level security so an account can only read its own. No system is perfectly secure, and we would tell you promptly if a breach affected your data.
We will notify you by email of any material change before it takes effect.
